Casino Moons uses the email marketing practices and because of this, Casino Moons has created its own anti-spam policies that have * zero tolerance *. These policies are presented below and can be read by all players. Casino Moons offers to keep the players informed and up to date either through email or by at least placing a notice in the Newsletter or in the Home Page.

Definition of Spam:

Spam is mostly wasteful and unnecessary emails that are sent to a player's email id, also known as commercial email or unsolicited bulk email. This proves that it not only includes the wasteful junk mail, that has not been requested by the email user. The junk spam mails are always considered as intrusive, unnecessary or even obnoxious and they waste the valuable ingenuity of both the Internet Providers and the users. Thus Spam is said to be completely different from legitimate emails, as they are commonly anticipated, personal and relevant to the business or activity.

How Casino Moons avoids Spamming:

Only after receiving the players' consent, Casino Moons will make use of its marketing tools to email its customers and this procedure is carried on following strict rules. The anti-spam policies and procedures are implemented with the following items as rules: -

Notification and Agreement:

The player needs to accept and give full consent to the Terms of Use before he can register at the Casino Moons site. Only after all of these procedures are concluded, will the player be able to receive notification and promotional emails on a regular basis. As there might be a few customers who agree to the Terms and Conditions and to the use of the services, but still don't want emails to be sent to their email id, there is a option for them to opt-in or opt-out from receiving emails, that is always present when the player registers at Casino Moons.

Unsubscribe:

Each and every emal received by the player from Casino Moons will have a link to unsubscribe from Casino Moons mailing list. Since Casino Moons honors each and every customer to their satisfaction and in order to comply with the Anti-Spam policies, players just need to use this link as a request to be removed from all of the mailing lists. But there will be a warning from Casino Moons to the members who try to remove their email address from the mailing list, stating that they must follow certain rules for doing this eviction and at first they must confirm their removal by the activation of a link in order to be fully removed; this is done to make sure that it is indeed the user and not any other unknown person who requires to be removed from Casino Moons mailing list and every time an email is sent, almost all customers are asked whether they should change their stance on whether to receive emails from Casino Moons or not.

Laws Pertaining Spam:

The Spam laws can differ from one country to another, but they will mostly be similar and since there are many Casino Moons members who belong to different nationalities, from every single part from the world, we made sure that the anti-spam policies and practices are applicable to every country in the world with high standards.

Due to this, Casino Moons does not practice the following:

  • The usage of false headers, or other false information, to identify the point of origin or the transmission path of the email, or to hide the true origin of the email sender is forbidden.
  • The unauthorized usage of another person's internet domain name without having that person's permission will make Casino Moons think that the point of origin of the email is an offense.
  • The usage of any false or unethical information in the subject line of the email is not advisable.
  • Assisting any person in use of the products or services of Casino Moons is determined as illegal.

Purchased Email Lists:

Casino Moons has zero tolerance to the practice of purchasing email lists and will never, under any circumstances, email customers through purchased email lists. Casino Moons does not purchase lists from third parties; and all of its subscribers are members who have opted-in.
